Dub in Tha Club
Dub in tha Club is a new formation brainchild of Little Rascal Records who have always been known for running a series of Dub in the Pub events. My involvement will include adding visual atmosphere, and also gives me an additional direction to work on a content for a genre I have not worked with specifically as yet. We’ll see you there.

After the phenomenal success of Clubber’s Guide to 2008…Clubbers Guide returns with the hottest show for 2009 featuring none other than the Stafford Brothers & Bass Kleph.

Stafford Brothers: If the sibling duo of elctro house DJs the Stafford Brothers doesn’t ring a bell, then one must wonder where you’ve been hiding for the past few years. Certainly not in the clubs and festivals in Australia because if you had, you would have seen the brothers in action all across the country. Proud Gold Coasters, Matt and Chris Stafford have been progressively rising to the top of Australia’s elite DJ frontline since 1999. 2008 saw the Stafford Brothers reach new heights, being ranked as the number 1 DJs in Queensland and 3rd in the country. Recently wrapping up an impressive MOS Electro House Sessions tour to promote the Ministry CD they mixed, The Stafford Brothers have also been Regular Residents in the Festival scene, playing at the recent Summerfield Dayz 2009 and upcomming performance for Hear & Now Festival & Good Vibrations 2009…who could forget their stunning performance at Cairns Music Festival ’09!!

Bass Kleph: Not many can say they are one of the hottest, most in demand, individual sounds of NOW! Bass Kleph is an edgy take on jackin Tech/Electro & House that everyone can connect with. International DJ, producer, label owner, mix engineer and occasional radio host, he’s had commercial hits with songs like Helium, Coup d’etat and his Amiel Remix. Whether writing bombs in the studio, or tearing apart the decks. Bass Kleph doesn’t just set the bar, he breaks it in two. On the decks he’s invincible – his sets are a celebration as he works the crowd. 2008 has been a massive year for Bass Kleph. He’s toured the world, starred in music videos, released a massive amount of music and recorded a mix album too. With an artist album now in the works, and his calendar booked out months in advance, it looks like there’s no sign of things slowing down either.

vdmo Kstati + D-Nox
Sorry for the lack of regular updates on this blog, things get little hectic here sometimes. Last friday night I ended up playing night long 8 hour set with my good friends – Open Records crew @ Cadence nightclub featuring Suspekt – 9-11, Rob Zobec 11-12.30, Eegor 12.30-2, D-NOX 2-4 and Ian Woodsman 4-5.

The night turned out to be very chaotic, with no lack of interesting characters floating around the venue and amazing selection of tunes ranging from deep to a prog spectrum. Everyone was in very good form so it was a genuinely pleasure to perform alongside such amazing artists.

For this week only you can also hear Suspect set on JJJ Mixup program http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/mixup/, hope you check it out. I’ll follow up with few photos and couple of video clips from the night shortly.
